My Darling, We Made It

This illustration is homage of the captivating & famous scene when Gene Kelly has fallen in love and sang in the rain. As you guessed, ‘Singin’ in the Rain’ is one of my favourite feel-good movie. I expressed these emotions in an illustration. It’s natural to feel vulnerable under beady eyes but once in awhile, thrown caution to the wind. Knowing you are cherished is the beauty of being alive. As the quote goes, ‘Life is not about waiting for the storm to pass, It’s about dancing in the rain’.
